#MODELS &#TATTOOS:

When is enough TOO MUCH??

         Tattoos are the New Wave in the Industry these days. Everyone has a tat somewhere whether it be on their waist, neck, back,  or even face. Some even choose to cover their whole body. Or maybe just a sleeve or two. Males and females in the industry have went completely crazy with this tend.

Rappers have even made it perfectly clear they love tattoos!

In the modeling industry, Tattooed models are the rave but as you continue to watch the industry, they now are going with more NON TATTOOED MODELS. 

By why??

Well some say as far as the modeling industry, they want models who are more versitile. Model who have less tattoos or none are able to appear in more ads, publication, photo shoots and higher paying videos. 

Dont get me wrong, Tattooed models are definitively cool to look at!! The different art work some have is absolutely amazing! The tattoos all tell different stories for some,  for others family members who have passed away, or just wanted to get their first tattoo.

                                                             But lets get back to the original question here.......When is ENOUGH...TOO MUCH??? I sometime wonder when i see people who have so many tattoos, what are you going to do when you get older, or want a better job, or you fall on bad times and cant get all those tattoos removed ......what then?? Celebrity i think are pretty much the only ones who can pretty much get away with that situation. Look at 50 Cent! He had all of his removed and be was covered in tattoos.

Well in my research i have found out that some do go into old age with tattoos. I mean i knew that but they are actually are happy having their art for life. I think if you get tattoos for family or they have a special meaning to you then okay keep them! But if you know you have your whole body covered in drawings just because they look cool .........then you should be smacked. #AINTNOBODYGOTTIMEFORTHAT mess!!

Well the industry is changing and i wonder what the new tend will be??????????? 

I know it going to be something from the past. We as a culture are always recycling tends. Well whatever the trend may be im sure ill shoot in it!

Why does the black woman want to be white so bad???

Please someone explain it to me .......................

As i sit and scroll through my Facebook news feed i always see pics of beautiful woman. Young, old, Fat, skinny. The Majority of my Facebook friends are black. Most are artist, models, photographer, high school classmate, co-workers, etc., etc. So as i scroll on the daily, I'm always seeing the change from Beautiful Black Women to White, Barbie, Bleach skin girls. 

What happened to all the Black Women????

Its really upsetting to me to see this crazy transformation! The up and coming models that enter the industry piggy backing on this polluted image that are being put out, are losing out the hardest. They give the consumer no chance to really know about them as a model and to let their own image emerge through the camera. That's not fair to the consumer! What happened to Black Is Beautiful? The Black Woman has so many different looks and levels of beauty. Some famous black models like Tyra Banks, Naomi Campbell, Sheri Belfontae, etc., etc. 

Dorothea Church – African American pioneering model. She was the first successful black fashion model in Paris.

This black model Dorothea Church was a beautiful example of Black beauty. I just don't understand but maybe i never will. The white woman is beautiful in her own light but we THE BLACK WOMAN are the true GODDESSES of this world. Our color, or physic, or presence commands respect and should be honor.

Now i know i might be sounding like I'm a leader for the BLACK PANTHER WOMEN or something but its not like that. I'm just a PROUD BLACK WOMAN who just want to show my black sistas that this............

is not the road they have to take. Yes NIKKI look FAB or course but i liked the old Nikki better. He island look was just as sexy and popular as this. But hey i guess that's that industry life hun. I will soon find out.!!!!
